Hi, and welcome to Gro3X CrownAI™! You are here, because you just received your Gro3X CrownAI™ account information. Here is what you need to do next:

  1. Make sure your computer complies with the Cro wnAI™ hardware requirements. Please check here!
  2. Go to your Cro wnAI™ portal and login using the information that you just received: Please click here!
  3. Click on "Download Center" at the top left of your screen.
  4. Then click on "Download CAD Agent" in the center of your screen.
  5. Go to "Downloads" on your computer and look for the file "CloudPointSoftwareAgent_Setup.msi"
  6. Double-click on the file. A small window will open with the headline "Welcome to the CloudPoint Software Agent Setup Wizard".
  7. Click "Next" and follow the prompts until you have successfully installed the software.
  8. When your installation is finished you will see the CloudPoint Login window.
  9. Login to CloudPoint CAD agent, using the same credentials as before.

 

After you are done, please reply to this email and we will push the software application FinalTouch™ to your CloudPoint CAD agent. Please allow up to 24 hrs for the support team to install the software application on your PC.

 

As soon as your computer is ready for CrownAI, we will schedule a brief onboarding session and you will be up and running.

  1. Please login to the portal at  https://customer-gro3x.cloudpoint.com/
  2. Please use your username and password as provided by separate email.
  3. Click on "Download Center" at the top left of your screen.
  4. Then click on "Download CAD Agent" in the center of your screen.
  5. Go to "Downloads" on your computer and look for the file "CloudPointSoftwareAgent_Setup.msi"
  6. Double-click on the file. A small window will open with the headline "Welcome to the CloudPoint Software Agent Setup Wizard".

  8. When your installation is finished you will see the CloudPoint Login window.
  9. Login to CloudPoint CAD agent, using the same credentials as before.

 

After you are done, we will then remotely "push" 2 x software applications VPXPro™ and FinalTouch™ to your PC. Please allow up to 24 hrs for our support team to install the 2 software applications on your PC.

 

Here are the steps to follow (pls use your own username and password):

  1. Login to portal: https://customer-gro3x.cloudpoint.com/

  2. Click on Download Center on the Navigation Bar on the left and Click on Download CAD Agent.

  3. Install Download CAD Agent by following prompts.

  4. Login to Download CAD Agent using the same credentials to login into portal. To open, click on the gear icon on top right corner of CAD Agent.

It will take up to 24 hrs to install the 2 software applications on your PC for you to start designing. The same credentials will give you access to both VPXPro™ and FinalTouch™.
  • VPXPro is a software application for scan clean-up, AI proposed margin that can be adjusted, and AI proposed articulation that can be adjusted. The case will automatically advance to FinalTouch after it is completed in VPXPro.
  • FinalTouch is a software application to visualize the AI crown design and to make adjustments to the contacts and/or margin for a new AI crown proposal.

 

When your computer is ready for Gro3X CrownAI™, we will schedule a short onboarding/training session with you.
