Use the resources below to unpack, install, calibrate, and begin operating your furnace correctly. Review all applicable instructions before running your first sintering cycle.

Before You Begin

Confirm that the installation location, electrical supply, ventilation, and surrounding clearance meet the manufacturer’s requirements before connecting the furnace.

Use only validated sintering programs for the specific zirconia material, restoration type, and case configuration being processed. Rapid-sintering times are material- and case-specific and should not be applied universally.

Review the operating controls, program selection, loading procedures, and routine use of the CSF-400 Pro.

Initial Setup Checklist

• Inspect the furnace and accessories for shipping damage.
• Place the furnace on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Confirm the required electrical connection before powering on the unit.
• Maintain the manufacturer-required clearance around the furnace.
• Complete the applicable calibration procedure.
• Confirm that the correct sintering tray and accessories are installed.
• Select the validated program for the zirconia being processed.
• Do not begin production until setup and calibration have been completed successfully.

Sintering Program Guidance

The CSF-400 Pro may be used with different Aidite zirconia materials, but the appropriate program depends on the material, restoration type, and case configuration.

Do not assume that a rapid program validated for an AiZir Flash single crown is appropriate for bridges, full-arch restorations, thicker restorations, or other zirconia materials. Always follow the current material-specific instructions for use.
