Gro3X Shipping Policy

Gro3X provides free standard ground shipping on all dental supply orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping

In-stock orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays are typically processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most in-stock orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination, warehouse location, carrier service, and product availability.

Shipping Locations and Split Shipments

Orders may ship from the Gro3X distribution location in Charlotte, North Carolina, or from partner warehouses in California and Minnesota.

To fulfill orders quickly and minimize backorders, products from the same order may ship separately from multiple warehouse locations. Customers may receive more than one shipment and tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, inventory availability, address issues, or other circumstances beyond the control of Gro3X.

Expedited, Freight, Alaska, and Hawaii Shipping

Expedited shipping, freight delivery, and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping charges. Customers who need expedited delivery, freight service, or shipping outside the contiguous United States should contact Gro3X before placing an order.

Shipping Addresses and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Report damaged shipments, missing products, incorrect items, or other delivery issues to Gro3X promptly so that we can assist with resolution.
